M\u00edsto toho, abych p\u0159estala a ned\u011blala nic, up\u0159ednost\u0148uji dojmy<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

S kolegy z knihovny \ud83d\ude42<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Ay\u015fe Nur Mente\u015f je tureck\u00e1 u\u010ditelka um\u011bn\u00ed, kterou jsme vybrali pro n\u00e1\u0161 dobrovolnick\u00fd projekt s n\u00e1zvem Magical library. Doufali jsme, \u017ee b\u011bhem deseti m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f jej\u00edho pobytu se na\u0161e knihovna \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b prom\u011bn\u00ed v magick\u00e9 m\u00edsto, kter\u00e9 bude p\u0159itahovat nejen ji, ale tak\u00e9 \u010dten\u00e1\u0159e a n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edky knihovny. Bohu\u017eel jsme m\u011bli sm\u016flu hned dvakr\u00e1t. Nejprve Nur dostala velmi pozdn\u00ed term\u00edn pro z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed dlouhodob\u00e9ho v\u00edza. Pak jsme museli \u010dekat t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 90 dn\u016f na jeho vyd\u00e1n\u00ed, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se za\u010d\u00e1tek projektu posunul a\u017e na prosinec a projekt musel b\u00fdt zkr\u00e1cen. Druhou nep\u0159\u00edjemnou z\u00e1le\u017eitost\u00ed je nyn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed situace, kdy projekt v jeho p\u016fvodn\u011b pl\u00e1novan\u00e9 podob\u011b nem\u016f\u017ee pokra\u010dovat a hlavn\u00ed snahou n\u00e1s i Nur je se v\u0161\u00edm se n\u011bjak vypo\u0159\u00e1dat.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A zat\u00edmco p\u0159i vzniku tohoto rozhovoru jsme je\u0161t\u011b m\u011bli n\u011bjakou nad\u011bji, \u017ee v projektu bude mo\u017en\u00e9 pokra\u010dovat, je nyn\u00ed na\u0161\u00ed nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed starost\u00ed, aby se Nur dostala v po\u0159\u00e1dku dom\u016f.                                                                                   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Co t\u011b vedlo k \u00fa\u010dasti v dobrovolnick\u00e9m projektu?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Myslela jsem si, \u017ee by to mohla b\u00fdt velmi zaj\u00edmav\u00e1 osobn\u00ed zku\u0161enost. Cht\u011bla jsem poc\u00edtit jinou kulturu a z\u00edskat nov\u00e9 znalosti. A samoz\u0159ejm\u011b vydat ze sebe n\u011bco na opl\u00e1tku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pro\u010d ses rozhodla zrovna pro n\u00e1\u0161 projekt?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nejste oby\u010dejn\u00e1 knihovna, m\u00e1te hodn\u011b aktivit a inovac\u00ed. Bylo to pro m\u011b l\u00e1kav\u00e9 a v\u0161estrann\u00e9. Mohu tu p\u00edt k\u00e1vu, z\u00e1rove\u0148 pracovat a \u010d\u00edst knihy. C\u00edt\u00edm se tu v bezpe\u010d\u00ed podobn\u011b jako doma. Lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed do knihovny p\u0159ijdou, r\u00e1di \u010dtou. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee jsou vzd\u011blan\u00ed. Koneckonc\u016f, jak \u0161patn\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt \u010dlov\u011bk, kter\u00fd \u010dte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jak\u00e9 byly tvoje za\u010d\u00e1tky? Bylo pro tebe t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 odcestovat do jin\u00e9 zem\u011b a za\u010dlenit se do jej\u00ed kultury? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

V\u011bd\u011bla jsem, \u017ee to bude t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9. Je to jako se znovu narodit. M\u00e1\u0161 za\u017eit\u00e9 zvyky, kter\u00e9 se formuj\u00ed od narozen\u00ed, a tohle bylo opravdu t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e jsem si p\u0159edstavovala. Narazila jsem na nov\u00e9 a nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 aspekty. Ale v\u0161echna poprv\u00e9 jsou samoz\u0159ejm\u011b nejprve t\u011b\u017ek\u00e1, cht\u011bla jsem poznat sv\u00e9 hranice. Pot\u011b\u0161ilo m\u011b to t\u00edm v\u00edc, \u010d\u00edm v\u00edc jsem byla nucen\u00e1. M\u00edsto toho, abych p\u0159estala a ned\u011blala nic, up\u0159ednost\u0148uji dojmy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Co se ti l\u00edb\u00ed na tv\u00e9m projektu a na \u010cesk\u00e9 republice? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nejlep\u0161\u00ed na tomto projektu je, \u017ee pozn\u00e1v\u00e1m novou profesi, jakou je knihovnictv\u00ed. Ve sv\u00e9 zemi jsem u\u010ditelkou malov\u00e1n\u00ed a i tady mohu u\u010dit m\u00edstn\u00ed lidi malovat. To je pro m\u011b velmi cenn\u00e9. Hodn\u011b z\u00e1bavn\u00e9 je pracovat s d\u011btmi. Jsou zv\u011bdav\u00e9 a klidn\u00e9. To d\u011bl\u00e1 moji pr\u00e1ci je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159\u00edjemn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e jsem doufala. \u010cesko je fascinuj\u00edc\u00ed svou histori\u00ed a architekturou. St\u00e1le c\u00edt\u00edte, \u017ee historie je \u017eiv\u00e1. Tohle m\u00edsto mi bude v mnoha ohledech chyb\u011bt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Je tu n\u011bco, co nem\u00e1\u0161 r\u00e1da?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Soust\u0159ed\u00edm se na vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed pozitivn\u00edch v\u011bc\u00ed, ne t\u011bch negativn\u00edch. Na\u0161e zem\u011b jsou velmi rozd\u00edln\u00e9 zem\u011bpisn\u011b i kulturn\u011b. \u010cesko je kr\u00e1sn\u00e1 zem\u011b, ale nereflektuje moji du\u0161i. Je pro m\u011b v\u00edce introvertn\u00ed a kulturn\u011b vzd\u00e1len\u00e1. Potkala jsem mnoho dobr\u00fdch lid\u00ed a v\u0161ichni jsou pro m\u011b cenn\u00ed. Nen\u00ed v\u0161ak snadn\u00e9 zachytit pocit soun\u00e1le\u017eitosti. P\u0159esto nelituji, \u017ee tu jsem. Je to z\u00e1le\u017eitost du\u0161e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Je tu n\u011bco, co bys cht\u011bla zm\u011bnit, kdybys mohla? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jsem spokojen\u00e1 s t\u00edm, jak to je. M\u011bla jsem trochu sm\u016flu a nedos\u00e1hla potenci\u00e1lu, kter\u00fd jsem od projektu o\u010dek\u00e1vala. Kv\u016fli sou\u010dasn\u00e9 situaci. Chci, aby se rozpt\u00fdlily \u010dern\u00e9 mraky, kter\u00e9 p\u0159es n\u00e1s nyn\u00ed p\u0159ech\u00e1zej\u00ed. Moje pr\u00e1ce a p\u0159\u00e1tel\u00e9 m\u011b d\u011blaj\u00ed \u0161\u0165astnou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cht\u011bla bys n\u011bco dodat?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Byla jsem \u0161\u0165astn\u00e1, kdy\u017e jsem se dozv\u011bd\u011bla o sv\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dasti v projektu. Vkl\u00e1dala jsem do toho hodn\u011b nad\u011bje, st\u0159\u00eddala se ve mn\u011b spousta emoc\u00ed. Od \u017eivota jsem se nau\u010dila u\u017e hodn\u011b a v\u00edm, \u017ee se m\u016f\u017ee st\u00e1t cokoli. Proto m\u016f\u017eu \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee tohle nen\u00ed jen konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed projekt nebo dokument potvrzen\u00fd na pap\u00ed\u0159e. Jsou tu n\u011bjak\u00e9 v\u011bci, kter\u00e9 jsem zat\u00edm neuzav\u0159ela a mo\u017en\u00e1 nikdy neuzav\u0159u. Ale p\u0159ekvapilo m\u011b, jak jste schopn\u00ed vypo\u0159\u00e1dat se s t\u011b\u017ekostmi. Ka\u017ed\u00fd nov\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk, ka\u017ed\u00e9 nov\u00e9 m\u011bsto a ud\u00e1lost v\u00e1m ukazuj\u00ed, jac\u00ed jste nebo jac\u00ed m\u016f\u017eete b\u00fdt. Tak\u017ee jsem r\u00e1da, \u017ee jsem to zkusila.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Projekt\nMagical library se uskute\u010dnil ve spolupr\u00e1ci s Edremit Municipality v r\u00e1mci\nprogramu Evropsk\u00fd sbor solidarity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ay\u015fe\nNur Mente\u015f is Turkish art’s teacher, who we choose for our volunteering project\ncalled Magical library. We hoped that during ten months of her stay can our\nlibrary partly change to a magical place, which will draw not only her, but\nalso readers and visitors of the library. Unfortunatelly we had twice bad luck.\nAt first Nur was got very late term for the appointment for getting long term\nvisa. Then we must wait almost 90 days for its issue, so the beginning of the\nproject had to be postpone to December and project had to be shorten. Second\nvery unpleasant thing is present situation, when the project cannot continue\naccording the plan and we and Nur try to deal with it somehow. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

While\nduring the formation of this interview we had little chance that will be\npossible to continue with the project, now we know that it will not be possible\nand our main effort is to get Nur back home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why\ndid you decided to go for volunteering project?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\nthought this would be very nice and successful achievement personally. It was\nimportant for me to see different cultures and gain new knowledge. Same time,I\nwanted to be able to give something to people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why\ndid you choose our project?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was\nnot an ordinary library and had many activities and innovations. It was\ninteresting that it was versatile for me. Right now, I can drink my coffee and\nwork there, and read books. It makes me feel safe and like my home. Incoming\npeople are people who love to read books, and that means educated people. After\nall, how bad a person reading book can be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What\nabout the beginnings? Was it hard for you (because of different cultures, be in\nthe foreing country for so long for the first time etc)?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I knew\nit would be difficult. You are as foreign to the world as being born again. You\nhave rooted habits that have been going on since birth and this was harder than\nmy guess. I came across new and unfamiliar aspects. This was very surprising to\nme. But everything that is first is of course difficult at\nfirst, I wanted to see my own threshold. I got pleasure from it as much as I\nwas forced. Instead\nof stop and doing nothing, I prefer to feel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What\nyou like about your project, city and Czech Republic?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Normally\nI am a painting teacher and I can continue my field here. The best part of my\nproject is that I both see a different profession like librarianship and teach\nthe local people painting. This is very valuable. Working with children is\nextra fun. They have a curious and calm structure. This makes my job more\nenjoyable than my guess. Czechia is fascinating with its\nhistory and architecture. You still feel that history is alive. I will miss this\nplace in some ways.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is\nthere anything you do not like (about the project or the city or Czech Republic)?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\nthink I focus on seeing positive aspects, not negative ones. Because you don’t\nknow how it feels without experiencing or tasting something. We come from a\nvery different geography and culture as two countries. Now that I taste it, I\nknow that Czechia is a beautiful country but it does not reflect my soul. This\ncountry is a more introvert and distant culture for me. I have met very good\npeople here and they are all valuable for me. But catching a sense of belonging\nis not that easy. Still, I don’t regret being here, you just know the soul\nissue. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is\nthere anything you would like to change, if you can?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am\nhappy with the flow right now. I had some bad luck and didn’t get the\nefficiency I wanted from my project. This developed entirely due to external\nfactors. I just want the black clouds scattering over us these days. My work\nenvironment, my friends and the work we do make me happy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do\nyou want to add something?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I was\nvery surprised and happy on the first day I learned that I would come here. I tried\nand was willing to do this. I cried a lot, I loved a lot, I was very angry, I\nmiss a lot … I felt a lot. I learned a lot from life, this is not just a\nconcrete project or a document approved on paper. Everything can happen to you\non your journey. I had some shortcomings here, I have\nnot completed yet. Maybe I will never be able to complete it, but the most\nimportant is how you can cope with the difficulties. every new person,\nevery new city and event shows you who you are or who you will be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So,\nI’m glad I tried! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

S\u0131radan bir k\u00fct\u00fcphane sistemi olmamas\u0131 etkenler aras\u0131nda.\nAyn\u0131 zamanda etkinlikler,kulupler, s\u00f6yle\u015filer ve dahas\u0131 vard\u0131 burada. \u00c7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc\nolmas\u0131 dikkatimi \u00e7ekti.Gelen ki\u015filer kitap okumay\u0131 seven bir kitle neticede ve\nbu da hayata bak\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 etkiliyor olmal\u0131 ve geni\u015f bir perspektif demek benim\ni\u00e7in.\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma saatlerim d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda burada kitap okuyabiliyor, farkl\u0131 \u015feyler\n\u00e7al\u0131\u015fabiliyorum. Zor olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 biliyordum ve d\u00fcnyaya yeniden gelmek kadar\n0\u2019dan ba\u015fl\u0131yorsun. Ayr\u0131ca do\u011fdu\u011fundan bu yana k\u00f6kl\u00fc al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131n var ,bu\ntahminimden daha zordu. Yeni ve ke\u015ffetmedi\u011fim farkl\u0131 y\u00f6nlerimle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131m ,bu\nda s\u00fcrpriz oldu benim i\u00e7in. Tabii ki geldi\u011fin \u00fclke ,\u00e7evre ko\u015fullar\u0131 ve\n\u015fans\u0131n\u0131nda burada \u00e7ok etkisi var. Ama ilk olan her \u015fey ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7ta zordur,\nkendi e\u015fi\u011fimi g\u00f6rmek istedim. Zorland\u0131\u011f\u0131m kadar zevk ald\u0131m bu durumdan. Hi\u00e7bir\n\u015fey yapmadan \u00f6ylece durmaktansa ya da s\u0131radan bir ya\u015fam\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmektense,\nger\u00e7ekten hissetmeyi tercih ederim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Projeniz, \u015fehriniz ve \u00c7ek Cumhuriyeti’yle ilgili neleri\nseviyorsunuz?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Az \u00f6nce bahsetti\u011fim gibi resim ve kitaplar\u0131n bir\u2019arada\noldu\u011fu bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma sahas\u0131 kula\u011fa ho\u015f geliyor.\u00c7ocuklar merakl\u0131 ve sakin yap\u0131ya\nsahipler bu da burada \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131 istekli k\u0131l\u0131yor.Yerel halkla bire bir\netkile\u015fimde olmam garip ve mutlu hissettiriyor. Onlara resim yapmay\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretmek\n\u00fcstelik bazen hi\u00e7 konu\u015fmadan …Bu \u00e7ok \u00f6zel bir hadise bence.\u00dclke ise mimarisi\nve tarihi a\u00e7\u0131dan \u015fahane. Hala o tarihin ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hissediyorsunuz. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Be\u011fenmedi\u011fin bir \u015fey oldu mu (proje, \u015fehir veya \u00c7ek\nCumhuriyeti hakk\u0131nda)?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

San\u0131r\u0131m olumsuz olanlar\u0131 de\u011fil de daha \u00e7ok olumlu y\u00f6nleri g\u00f6rmeye\nodaklan\u0131yorum. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bir \u015feyi ya\u015famadan ya da o durumu,duyguyu tatmadan onun\nnas\u0131l bir his oldu\u011funu bilmiyorsunuz..\u00c7ok farkl\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve co\u011frafyalardan\ngeliyoruz  ve \u00c7ekya \u00e7ok g\u00fczel ayn\u0131\nzamanda m\u00fctevaz\u0131 ya\u015fam\u0131 olan bir \u00fclke ama ruhumu yans\u0131tm\u0131yor. Kast\u0131m \u015fu ki,\nkendine d\u00f6n\u00fck ve mesafeli bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr benim i\u00e7in. Burada \u00e7ok iyi insanlarla\ntan\u0131\u015ft\u0131m ve hepsi de\u011ferli. Ama aidiyet duygusunu yakalamak o kadar kolay de\u011fil.\nYine de burada oldu\u011fum i\u00e7in pi\u015fman de\u011filim fakat bilirsiniz i\u015fte ruh meselesi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ak\u0131\u015ftan mutluyum ,yapt\u0131klar\u0131m\u0131zdan ve yapacaklar\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in\nheyecanl\u0131.Baz\u0131 d\u0131\u015f etkenler maalesef proje s\u00fcrecimi olumsuz etkiledi. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma\narkada\u015flar\u0131m ve ortam\u0131mdan memnunum. De\u011fi\u015fmesini istedi\u011fim tek \u015fey kara\nbulutlar\u0131n da\u011f\u0131lmas\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ba\u015fka eklemek istedi\u011fin bir \u015fey var m\u0131?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Buna hak kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131 \u00f6\u011frendi\u011fim ilk gun \u00e7ok \u015fa\u015fk\u0131nve\nmutluydum. \u00c7abal\u0131yordum ve istekliydim bunun i\u00e7in. \u00c7ok a\u011flad\u0131m, \u00e7ok\nsevindim,\u00e7ok \u00fcz\u00fcld\u00fcm,\u00e7ok \u00f6zledim ve dahas\u0131… \u00c7ok hissettim. Hayattan \u00e7ok \u015fey \u00f6\u011frendim,\nbu sadece somut bir proje ya da ka\u011f\u0131t uzerinde onaylanm\u0131\u015f bir belgeden daha\nfazlas\u0131 oldu.
